Ingredients
1 package of pumpkin gnocchi by Gastronomia Piccinini
7 (200 gr.) ounces of amaretti cookies, finely crumbled
3 (100 gr.) ounces of fresh butter
5-6 basil leaves
Products used
1 Crumble amaretti with mortar and pestle.
2 In a skimmet simmer a few basil leaves in the butter.
3 Cook pumpkin gnocchi in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, drain as soon as they float to the surface.
4 Pour pumpkin gnocchi in butter sauce, sprinkle with crumbled amaretti.
Serve with a glass of sparkling white wine Franciacorta.
