Ingredients

5 ounces (150 gr.) granulated sugar
5 ounces (150 gr.) egg whites
5 ounces (150 gr.) powder sugar
2 ounces (50 gr.) chocolate chips
2 ounces (50 gr.) toasted hazelnuts, crushed

  1. Whisk granulated sugar into egg whites. When welll incorporated whisk in the powder sugar.
  2. Add chocolate chips and crushed hazelnuts. Mix well.
  3. Using a pastry pouch place little mounds on an oven tray.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 250 F for 1 hour.
