Gramigna with tuna fish, cherry tomatoes and boiled eggs

Ingredients

1 package egg gramigna from Gastronomia Piccinini
5 ounces (150 gr.) canned tuna fish
7 ounces (200 gr.) cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
EVO oil
Freshly milled black pepper

Products used

  1. Cook eggs for 5 minutes in boiling water then cut them into rounds.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in 4 parts.
  3. In a deep bowl join crumbled tuna fish with cherry tomatoes, eggs and dress with a couple tbs olive oil and some pepper.
  4. Cook gramigna in salted boiling water for 5 minutes then drain it and pour into the tuna/tomato mix adding a little olive oil.

Serve with some nice cold beer.
