Ingredients
5 ounces (150 gr.) granulated sugar
5 ounces (150 gr.) egg whites
5 ounces (150 gr.) powder sugar
2 ounces (50 gr.) chocolate chips
2 ounces (50 gr.) toasted hazelnuts, crushed
- Whisk granulated sugar into egg whites. When welll incorporated whisk in the powder sugar.
- Add chocolate chips and crushed hazelnuts. Mix well.
- Using a pastry pouch place little mounds on an oven tray.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 250 F for 1 hour.
