Ingredients

60% Egg pasta: superfine flour, eggs, water.
40% Filling: ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, spinach, dehydrated potato, salt, nutmeg, rice flour.

Cooking tips

Cook in salted water (7 grams per litre) for 4 minutes, use one litre of water for every 100 grams of pasta.
