- Dose for:
60% pasta: superfine flour, eggs, spinach, water
40% filling: ricotta cheese, Parmiggiano Reggiano DOP, chicory, bread crumbs, salt, nutmeg, rice flour.
Cook in salted water (7 grams per litre) for 5 minutes, use one litre of water for every 100 grams of pasta.
