Ingredients

60% pasta: superfine flour, eggs, water
40% filling: Ricotta, cultivated field mushrooms, bread crumbs, Champignons, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, porcini mushrooms, parsley, potato flakes, vegetable fiber, salt, carrots, leek, nutmeg, rice flour.

Cooking tips

Cook in salted water (7 grams per litre) for 5 minutes, use one litre of water for every 100 grams of pasta.
